Returns
We are happy to make an exchange or credit your account for any items you are not satisfied with.
Please email us at palta.pomelo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. The item must be returned to Palta & Pomelo within 30 days of the shipping date in the condition you received it (i.e. unused).
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
When sending the items back, it's a good idea to insure your package. we recommend priority mail as it's prepaid and trackable. return shipping charges are non-refundable and the full responsibility of the customer. once your returned merchandise is received, we will credit your account.
In the case of an exchange, you'll be credited upon receipt of the returned items and then billed for the new items when they are ready to ship. if a returned order was shipped out on a free shipping promotion, we will credit your account less the actual cost of shipping.
Palta & Pomelo is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
